Director
Director of Kia Ora Support Services, bringing a strong legal background and expertise in governance, compliance, and advocacy. With an LLB in Law from Bournemouth University, she has experience in regulatory matters, contractual oversight, and statutory compliance. Her leadership ensures that Kia Ora Support Services upholds the highest standards in support, providing a safe and supportive environment for young people.

Jane Franks

Jane has been dedicated to child welfare and early years education for decades. She has extensive experience as an Early Years Consultant, Care Consultant, and Children’s Centre Coordinator, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. She has supported providers, trained staff, and worked closely with children and families to create nurturing environments that promote safety, growth, and well-being

Angela Sharman
Angela is a highly experienced professional in the field of child and youth services, compliance, and supported accommodation. She has successfully overseen multiple supported accommodation and specialist services, maintaining high standards of operation while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering individual progress for each supported individual. Angela's educational background includes a first-class BA Hons in Childhood and Youth Studies, complemented by extensive experience of management in social care.
